Inclusion and Participation

Access and inclusivity are vital parts of the drama training sector. Talent, together with a commitment to vocational training and hard work, are the only absolute prerequisites for our courses. The arts industry is sustained and enhanced by ensuring that the work we make is reflective of everyone’s experiences and ideas, no matter their age, ability, gender, race, sexual orientation or religion.

Working together and separately, all 20 schools in the Federation of Drama Schools are committed to becoming inclusive industry leaders within the drama training sector. It is our responsibility to widen participation and develop a diverse and inclusive pipeline for students of talent.
